HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness took old-school aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart-pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side of air guitar. It is a full-body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strenght, and cardiovascular health. 

The routines are easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success.
