HIGH Fitness took old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side air guitar. It is a full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strenght, and cardiovascular health.  They are easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. Classes are hold in English.

This workshop will be conducted mainly in English. Unleash your inner artist with our captivating Chinese art workshops! Learn the basic techniques of using Chinese ink, paints and brushes to create your own masterpiece on beautifully framed Xuan paper cards, scrolls, and Chinese fans. Immerse yourself in the beauty of painting flowers, plants, fruits, small animals, and landscapes, and bring home unique pieces of your artwork! This course is designed to deepen your appreciation of Chinese art and enhance your joy in creating. I'm particularly fond of the saying by American painter Bob Ross: "We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents." I hope you'll find this spirit inspiring as we explore Chinese art together. :) Suitable for beginners aged 13 and over. Art Materials provided by the teacher - each student will receive: - a blank framed Xuan paper card - a blank scroll - a blank fan (we will paint on both sides) - six sheets of practice Xuan paper - three Chinese brushes (small, medium, large) Shared materials during the workshops: - three boxes of Chinese paints - one bottle of ink - a small box of seal paste - a Chinese seal lent by the teacher (free of charge, but must be returned after use.) Extra paints, ink, or Xuan paper will be purchased if any run out during the workshops. The total cost for these supplies is approximately €35 per student, based on ten participants.
